New for 2025!
Building on the success of VOX networking, we are launching EZ Training, with a series of training workshops running throughout 2025.
The workshop sessions, which are designed to be interactive, informative and enjoyable, will take place at Hwb Yr Orsedd (the new community hub in Rossett) between 14:00 – 17:00 and includes refreshments and networking opportunities too.

Sian Lloyd, broadcaster and presenter

Sian Lloyd is a broadcaster and presenter and has become a familiar face following a 25 year career on TV and Radio, which has seen her presenting national programmes, including BBC Breakfast, Crimewatch Roadshow and Panorama, as well as her work as a senior correspondent on BBC National and World News.
Sian has extensive experience of speaking at, and presenting, live events from chairing conferences, facilitating panel discussions to hosting awards ceremonies.
Since becoming freelance, Sian’s portfolio includes media training and public speaking coaching, an area she finds particularly rewarding as she enjoys enabling others to feel confident in getting their message across.
Sian grew up in Wrexham and speaks Welsh.

During this session Sian will explore the power of effective public speaking and share tips to help those looking to improve their own communication skills.
Whether you are looking to build confidence to take the first steps, or are looking to further develop your own style, Sian will be on hand to offer advice and to share some of her own experiences.
The workshop will cover how to prepare for presentations and media interviews, some of the common pitfalls and offer practical solutions.
